A simple photo of the issue should suffice. In some cases, you may be asked to return the entire defective order at our expense.
Upon verification of the defect, we will send a replacement expeditiously.
If your product(s) was fulfilled as ordered, but you are unsatisfied, you may still return your order for a full refund.
In this case, we ask that you pay for return shipping since we fulfilled your request as ordered.
